It reminds me of a passionfruit juice I used to buy a long time ago, sweet without being sugary or otherwise cloying. I'm a big fan of the wax color too - it's pretty enough solid, but once it melts, it's a beautiful deep aqua that looks just like every picture you've ever seen of a tropical ocean.
