Cute, but defective
As others commented, this warmer is defective and worked only one time. It no longer turns on. I called, emailed, and used the return portal and Yankee Candle was not responsive. I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service and expect more from a company like Yankee Candle.

Cute Design but No Throw of Scent :(
Adorable but it does not throw the smell. The wax melter where you add the entire container, worked wonderfully. I bought that one originally but it was TOO strong so I figured this would work better in my tiny office; I was wrong. I will sadly be returning it. :(
Melts fine. Cute design. Not efficiently throwing the scent. I have the lavender spa scent from Yankee Candle in there, now. I even went back and added an additional block and it still does not smell up my 12x12 ft office. :(

Cute but disappointing
This wax melter is so cute! However, I find that it does not do a good job distributing the scent. I usually use melters with tea candles. This is the second or third electric unit I have purchased, and I have to remember not to buy them anymore. With any scent I tried, I could only smell it if I went right up to it. I don't think they get warm enough to be truly effective. Also, the used wax is very difficult to remove. I have always used the freezer method. While I believe it is not recommended for the glass, I was careful, but still had to pry it out with some force, which is risky. I like the safety of electric and the timer on this one. But for me, it just is not as effective as using a flame. Cannot smell it even in the same room. I'm glad I got it on sale!

5 stars as far as looks...but
I love the Honeycomb design and the fact the bowl is removable for easy cleaning. It is very cute and it is the perfect size. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is the wax never fully melts. Even when I cut the wax up in small sizes. It just melts enough to look gummy. Never gets the full scent because of this. Very disappointed.

Hello, I use the wax melts for this. I Don believe you can use the tins . Maybe you can take the wax out of the tins? This is used for wax only. Hope this helps.

Depending on the size of the candle, this wax warmer has 3 time settings. I would put your candle in the freezer for 1 hrs and pop it out of the jar! Hope this helps!!

Use a silicone Cupcake liner! You can move then as needed, but if you let the wax cool/ harden you can pop it right out!
