Cheap looking and doesn’t melt fully
Does not melt wax evenly, only in the very middle. The outer rim is still solid wax after hours of being on. Doesn’t get warm enough. I don’t know what this marble is but it looks like they stuck contact paper over ceramic. Very cheap looking and ineffective. Disappointed as this was a replacement for another warmer that I had and now replacement one is an issue too. No more Yankee warmers for me.

My first wax warmer
I actually bought the marble warmer during the family & friend sale in August. I have been using this warmer to add fragrance to my bedroom. Overall, I am impressed how well the marble warmer works, considering its small size. I just add two wax melts and set for 3 hours, it fills the whole room. I will definitely buy another wax warmer from Yankee to either gift or keep for myself.

An amazing new option!
So I ordered this a couple months ago and did not know it- but I had gotten a fluke. There are three time options and I could rarely get my warmer to turn on- only to 3 hours. Which did not last three hours. Customer service was a bit hard to understand because there was some broken English on their side, but the returning process is quite self-explanatory and I quickly received a new, fully functioning, warmer within 3 days of dropping my old broken warmer off at fedex. The new warmer is amazing. One click of a button gets you three hours and more than 1 click goes to the other time settings. This warmer is amazing and melts the wax perfectly. And my new warmer even stays on for the whole slotted period of time I choose.

Looks great but not a fan of the timer
This is an great looking warmer and the timer might be a great feature for some but I don't like it. Your options with the timer are 3, 6, or 9 hours but I wish there was also just an on setting. I like to control my warmers with a smart outlet and just have them set on a schedule and not have to think about it but you cannot do that with the way this timer works. So it might be great for some people but it's kind of a miss for me.

Removable wax holder!
Very pretty marble color. Most importantly, I love that the wax holder is removable. It makes changing the wax tarts so much easier because I put it in the freezer for a few minutes and the wax just slides out.

Love the marble look and the timer…
This wax melt warmer is sleek in the design with the marble appearance, the unit is a good size and with the removable cup and the timer, what’s not to like. The unit heats up quickly and the cup lights up underneath it with a ever so light glow from the outside.
Once again, for me the number one selling point is the timer. While I would be hesitant to pay full price, the sale price was good enough for me. It’s a keeper…

It&rsquo;s not compatible with Easy MeltCups, which require a Scenterpiece Warmer specifically made to heat the MeltCup's plastic container safely. Using a MeltCup in this warmer could result in overheating or damage. For the best experience, we recommend sticking with wax melts designed for this unit. The bottom label says 18W. There are three settings, 3,6,9, hrs. I&rsquo;ve had no trouble with the wax not melting but then I always put it on 9-hrs.&nbsp;
