Rated 1 out of 5 by from Payment hasn't been accepted. It's been a month. I ordered this a month ago and my payment hasn't even gone through yet. I wanted this for Christmas and I'm very frustrated. This is absolutely ridiculous that it has taken a month (and still pending) for JUST my card to even be read. Their is no reason for it, especially from a large corporate store. I will be requesting a cancelation so I can actually have a present for them. I'm very upset and disappointed.

Each time (for PayPal checkout) I tried to edit the email everything got reset. I have a pending charge on my PayPal that never got processed. But I didn’t realize that till a few weeks later when I was wondering where my gift card is. I’ve gotten the person a different gift, I’d rather not have such a frustrating experience be associated with using my gift.

There is no record of my order when I log into my Yankee Candle Account. The only orders present are the orders from last year. I had a similar issue last year.
