Nice Diffuser but packaging needs improvement
I chose this Diffuser for it's neutral design. I didn't want anything to showy that would bring attention to it. This one blends in nicely. The reason for only 3 stars is the way they are packaged. I ordered 3 of these and they came loose in way too big of a box, resulting in one being broken. The front decorative cover snapped off because the little plastic pegs had broken. The good news is that when I reached out to Customer Service on the website and sent a photo, I had a refund issued within just a couple of hours! So kuddo's to Yankee Candle for great customer service! I was surprised these do not come in a box themselves, to just toss them loose in a large box where they can get thrown around and bang into each other during shipment was not what I expected from a company like Yankee Candle. There was a lot of loose paper on top when I opened the box, but that did not prevent movement of them underneath. Hint to the packing and shipping Dept.: There was enough of paper that some of it should have been in the bottom of the box and in between each diffuser and then some on top, as this would have prevented movement and protection.

Not worth it
I ordered 5 scents of witches brew and also this plug because i wasn’t sure if they would work with my bath & body works plugs. 5 days later i get a email that the order was cancelled because they were out of stock. Then they sent me this plug for 14.95 with shipping. It did me no good with the scents. I had to go to Merci & order a witches brew. I could have drove to bath & body works and got a cuter plug for the same price. Then they keep the witches brew for sale even though they didn’t have it in stock. They should have canceled the complete order.

I have put 2 refills in and both have run out and were empty in less than one day even on low. I usually love Yankee Candle products. This is my first plug in diffuser. I love the scent but obviously there is a defect!

Sometimes the problem is the outlet used to plug the diffuser is old and worn and doesn&rsquo;t hold the device tightly. People rarely update their outlets although it is inexpensive relative to other home updates.
