I liked the packaging and quick shipping and it was easy to purchase the candle on the website. I like the scent of the candle however, it is very subtle - I can barely smell the scent in my living area while burning. I do like that it burns evenly and steady - I would probably invest in a larger size so I can smell the scent more.

In addition, the crackle of the wick is nice to hear and perfect for the winter season or a random rainy day. This is a great candle that provides comfort. The design is also simple yet stunning.

I was originally going to gift it to a friend who loves any and all candles. But after I got a whiff, it became one of my favorites. It’s such a beautiful fresh, flowery and clean smell. It’s not overbearing with either the flowers or the woods. It is the perfect balance and it makes it so relaxing and calm. I am amazed. Definitely a new favorite.

The wood wick is a little weak, and burns really softly. All in all though it is a nice scent with subtle design that fits in well with the house.

It smells like a beautiful outdoor day along the water, a garden, a river, etc.: fresh and clean with hints of nature. I love the "x" shaped wood wick and the cork lid. The wood wick helps it burn more evenly and predictably and the cork lid serves as a fantastic coaster for the candle when I have it burning on my stove top. I light this candle all the time - for all sorts of events or even evening quiet time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love I love this new woodwick lavender & cypress smell. The woodwick line has always been my favorite. The wick gives it a nice popping sounds like the fire place. The candle is long lasting. I love the brown jar look. It gives the fire a nice romantic glow. The smell is relaxing and rejuvenating. The lavender and cypress works really well together to give it a nice warm relaxing feel kind of fragrance. The cypress isn’t strong and it mix very well with the lavender to bring out the lavender smell without bringing out too much of the floral sense.

I love the amber glass and cork top, it looks great on the coffee table however I'm not a huge fan of the smell. Scent is such a personal preference that I only docked one start even though I would never light this stinky thing.

It also smells like something else, I guess cypress I’m not sure I could tell you what cypress smells like exactly. It is a deep rich scent. The glass jar it’s in is a nice rich brown and it cones with a cork lid. The wooden wick in it makes it crackle and gives it a different feel from traditional candles. Would be a lovely gift.

The wood wick doesn't crackle like they used to which is something I always loved about them but it is still the same neat concept and is obviously a high quality candle. I don't smell so much lavender in this - it just smells very clean to me. I enjoy the scent, don't get me wrong! But it's not too lavender-y.

I got home and smelled it and I was so pleasantly surprised by how unique it is! It reminds me of more of a manly scent with a lavender undertone. I have a feeling this will be a family favorite and I do highly recommend. I love the packaging and wick, too!
