The scent was closer to what I was wanting than other scents I’ve tried, but still not strong enough for what I was hoping for. I’m still one the search for a true and strong banana scent. Wish me luck!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Iced Banana Pop Large Tumbler I looooove banana scents and am constantly surprised at how neglected banana is in the candle world… I mean, there’s just no way I’m the only person wanting more banana. Yankee has done Iced Banana Pop well! I personally can not stand any scent with chocolate, but with limited banana options I wanted to give this one a fair shot. IBP is done in such a way that the chocolate is inoffensive and completely supportive of the banana; each scent balances the other out without either one becoming overpowering. IBP isn’t in my face since the scent is soft and sweet, but the throw is definitely there as I can smell it from a room over - 8/10. Good job, Yankee!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unexpected Surprise! I wasn't expecting to love this as much as I do. It is not overwhelmingly banana, more like a banana split. I smell chocolate and vanilla too. My husband says it smells like our childhood in the mid 1980's and he's right! Really cheerful and lovely. For reference my favorite scent is Vanilla Creme Brulee.

It was one of my sister's favorite things! This candle smells EXACTLY like what we would get, and I can't wait to gift it to her! She's sure going to love it. Very nostalgic for me and my family!

I burned it in a fairly large open space and the throw was very good. It smells like a chocolate covered banana. I definitely got more banana than chocolate though. I would purchase again

Some Yankee Candles will emit fragrancy to a fairly decent sized room, however, given the faint smell of banana I will probably use it in a smaller room.
