I just opened my last reed diffuser of fireside and am bummed as the diffusers are no longer available. Sometimes it is just not practical to burn a candle, and I still want the scent. Please bring back the reed diffusers of this scent. It is the only reed diffuser scent that does not set off my asthma. The smell is so relaxing and pleasant.

I called and Was treated very nice and am getting another candle but what makes a candle smoke? I burned it properly trimmed the wick. I know how to take care of candles. I burned medium size and had nothing happen. There was no air blowing on it. What is the longest I can burn at one time? I know the wax should harden before burning again. Tks so much

The candle was damaged at the FedEx depot (FedEx is far from what it once was). I contacted Yankee Candle and got a canned reply. After several calls, I was told the candle is not in stock. This was 3 weeks after I ordered. I had only one question, WHEN WAS YANKEE CANDLE GOING TO TELL ME MY ITEM WAS DESTROYED? No response, nada, nothing. Glad there are other companies out there. Sadly, after 35 years of bringing my kids and grandkids to the Deerfield store, I can't support a company that doesn't give a crap about customer service. One call vs me posting this on my Facebook acct with 1263 "friends" in New England.

I go back-and-forth to different companies, but always find myself coming back to this specific scent, fireside. Every time I burn it, I find the scent, relaxing and intoxicating!! I used to buy the car fragrances but they have changed this and I have found them to be as good. As the old type. I also love the melts! I don’t know why I ever use anything else except that when I come back to this scent it better than the last time! This is the way I want my house to smell all the time. It’s like a style, And Fireside is mine!!
