Please understand that a scent perception is very subjective process and there are many factors affecting it and there is a possibility that this scent is more difficult for one person to smell while others smell it very strongly (cinnamon note is a perfect example of this). Hi! We appreciate your interest in our products. Remove the refill cap and slide the bottle into the ScentPlug&reg; Base until it snaps into place. Firmly push the refill bottle upright until you hear it click in, and the top of the refill is secured in place.
