Great Scent, Poor Candle, Poor Customer Service
Beautiful scent, but from the beginning the wick kept drowning and burning out. i contacted customer service multiple times for a replacement. They would not resolve the issue.They said i needed to return the candle first. Its not worth the price of returning. Also, last time i returned a candle for.replacement they said they didn't receive it even tho tracking proved delivery. Bottom line: Customer service is not what it used to be and if there is a problem with your candle they will not take responsibility and fix it.
