I like that it's always on
I bought this one specifically because it does not have the automatic shut-off setting so basically it just is always on or always off. However, the one thing I would have liked is for it to have a removable cup for the tax. It makes quite a mess removing the old wax. I either have to soak it up with paper towels or unplug it and bring it over to the trash and dump it out and then it gets all over the place. I'm sure the proper way to do it would be to shut it off, let it cool down completely, turn it back on, then as soon as it starts to warm up, remove the whole chunk, but who wants to wait that long when it tickles your fancy to change the wax.

I found it best to let a little warm water sit inside with the warmer on and wipe out the access. The ice &nbsp;didn&rsquo;t work for me.&nbsp;
